BRUNCKHORST'S BOAR'S HEAD BRAND

Mark description

The mark consists of a red rectangular band at the top. Directly underneath is a smaller black rectangular band with a series of slanted lines in a darker shade of black. The thin white line directly underneath the black band is intended solely as background and/or a transparent area and the color white in this area is not claimed as a feature of the mark. Underneath the clear area is a red rectangular band. Below the red rectangular band is a large white area. Again, the package is clear so the white area is intended solely as background and/or transparent area and the color white in this area is not claimed as a feature of the mark. In the center is a right facing side profile of a boar's head with black and gold fur, white tusks and eyes and a red tongue; the boar's head is set inside an oval with a black interior and the outline of the oval in gold. The word BRUNCKHORST'S in white letters is above this innermost oval. There are two additional ovals, one slightly larger than the other, but with open bottoms that transform into a ribbon shape at the bottom, contain a black background, and the border of the ovals and ribbon shape is a thin gold line. Inside the rectangular part of the interior ribbon are the words BOAR'S HEAD in white letters and underneath in a smaller gold font, the word "BRAND". Coming off the larger ribbon on both the left and right side are a series of sloping lines. The first line is in black and underneath is a slightly larger sloping line in light gold. Underneath is a thin gold, sloping line with a larger white section in white. At the bottom of the white line is a thin gold line and underneath it a light gold line following by a thin black line and a slightly thicker red line. At the bottom, is a rectangular shape that peaks up into the "BOAR'S HEAD" logo. This bottom section is black with a series of slanted lines in a darker shade of black.
