The mark consists of white or black lines, having a circular border line, in the lower left quadrant a series of alternating-patterned rainbow-like lines covering the circular border line but not extending beyond it, in the lower right quadrant a series of alternating-patterned rainbow-like lines covering the circular border line and partially covering the lines in the lower left quadrant, but not extending beyond the circular border, in the upper right quadrant a cloud-shape with three bulbs, a circuit schematic on the interior having three lines extending upward and from the the bottom starting out parallel to one another, the left-most line making a ninety degree turn to the left and ending in a schematic solder point, the middle line extending straight and ending in a schematic solder point, the right-most line making a ninety degree turn to the right and ending in a schematic solder point, the letters 'FarmGrid' appearing in near proximity to and outside the circular border.
