Below those arcs, there is one long gold arc. Below that are two smaller gold arcs. All are above the words. Next, there are five gold arcs below the words. Out of the five gold arcs, there are two smaller arcs on the lower bottom, left side and right side. Above those arcs, there is one long gold arc. Above that are two smaller gold arcs. All are below the words. The gold color is brighter towards the center of the image and darker towards the outside of the image. The light gold color gradually gets darker from the center of the image towards the outer edge of the image.
