The eagle's wings stretch across the outline of the country. The eagle's talon on the left holds an olive branch with 13 leaves and 13 seeds while the eagle's talon on the right grasps 3 arrows. Centered on the eagle's breast is a shield divided into three sections. The top section, a sky, contains 22 five pointed stars. The bottom left section contains mountains behind a plain underneath a sky. The bottom right section contains four wave shapes depicted by lines.
