Mark description

The mark consists of a design of a shield with two swords crossing behind the shield with a single suspended crown above the shield with a ribbon below the shield and atop the crossing swords with the Roman numerals "MM" on the left side of the ribbon with the Roman numerals "XX" on the right side of the ribbon with the Greek letters "Phi, Delta, Pi" centered on the ribbon with the Greek letters "Omicron, Lambda, Alpha and the Greek letters Tau, Alpha and the Greek letters Beta, Epsilon, Tau, Epsilon, Rho, Alpha, Iota, Alpha" centered and below the Greek letters "Phi, Delta, Pi" with the shield divided into quadrants with inside the top left quadrant being two hands handshaking, with inside the top right quadrant being an oil lantern atop an open book, with inside the bottom left quadrant being a weight scale having even scales, with inside the bottom right quadrant being the head of a single eagle with the beak to the left. There are circles in the border of the shield around the quadrants.
