The mark consists of a hot pink circle as the background of the mark. Inside the circle is a cake stand containing the literal elements "CUPCAKE KITCHEN HOUSTON" in white letters. The platform of the cake stand includes the word "Houston" in white letters on a teal green platform. The teal green platform contains a beige colored dot in each ruffle. Below the platform is the cake stand base which is light brown. Above the teal green platform the words "CUPCAKE KITCHEN" appear in white stylized script with the "I" in "kitchen" appearing as a whisk. Above the literal elements are three cupcakes.
