The mark consists of two white concentric circles with black borders. The inner circle has a slightly thicker border than the outer circle. In the center of the circles is a black, gray, and white lighthouse with a shaded red band around its lower portion. Surrounding the base of the lighthouse is a pile of brown coffee beans. Near the top of the lighthouse are three flying gray and black birds, one on the left and two on the right, and all appear to be flying from right to left. Above the lighthouse, along the inner edge of the circular borders, are the words "BEACHES & BEANS COFFEE CO. " in all capital black letters. Below the pile of coffee beans, along the inner edge of the circular borders, are the words "MONTAUK, N.Y". in all capital black letters. In the space between the upper words and the lower words, are two curved black line segments, each parallel to the circular borders, and similar in thickness to the outer border. The remaining white background indicates transparent area and is not part of the mark.
