The mark consists of a stylized phoenix bird above the words "YES WE CAN" in all black lower case lettering. The words "YOUTH CLINICS" are underneath "YES WE CAN" in all black upper case letters. The words "ADDICTION & MENTAL HEALTHCARE" are underneath "YOUTH CLINICS" in grey sentence case lettering. The phoenix bird's head is outlined in blue and has a blue eye. The outline color fades to red towards the center of the bird's body, the color then fades to orange towards the center of the bird's body, and fades to yellow at the bottom of the bird's body. The inner portion of the bird is white. The bird has wings on both sides that extend horizontally from the center of its body. The first row of the bird's wings start out as light blue at the point closest to the bird's body and changes to a darker blue towards the center of the wing and fades to purple at the wing's edge.
