The mark consists of a geometric shape in the form of an oval having a contour that is gray in color, an interior that is black in color, a first capital letter "M" therein that is white in color and that has a straight tail at its top left portion extending outward toward the circumference of the oval, a second capital letter "M" therein that is adjacent and to the right of the first capital letter "M", that is white in color and that has a curved tail at its bottom right portion extending outward toward the circumference of the oval, an inverted comma therein that is adjacent and to the right of the second capital letter "M", that has a curved tail and that is green in color and an upside, inverted comma therein that is above the inverted comma but that fits along a portion of the contour of the inverted comma, that has two tails and that is blue in color and the words "Manhole Mortar" that is black in color and that is positioned beneath the oval.
