The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with rounded corners at the top of the front portion and vertical lines on the sides that taper in slightly. The cap is black in color, and on the top of the cap there is a stylized letter "A", with a stylized phoenix design perched on the crossbar of the letter "A". The neck of the bottle has a gold band that is intersected by the cork. On the front portion of the bottle and located near the top is an embossed stylized letter "A", with a stylized phoenix design perched on the crossbar of the letter "A". On the front portion of the bottle and located near the bottom is a rectangular label that consists of a gold square on the left side, and a white rectangle on the right side, encompassed together within a gold outline. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and the corked lid, including the tan color of the cork, indicate placement of the mark on or in connection with the goods, and are not part of the mark as claimed.
