The mark consists of a blue circle containing a blue silhouette of a dog whose direction is facing right and a light blue silhouette of a cat whose direction is facing left. The light blue color of the cat silhouette wraps to the right and continues upward over the silhouette of a dog to form a solid colored circle consisting of both light blue and blue colors within the interior of the circle. On the outside of the circle at the bottom are the capital letters "NOPPS" in blue. On the left and right side of the "NOPPS" text is a light blue paw facing slight left and right, respectively. Starting on the left side of the circle just above the left paw is the stylized wording "National Organization of Professional Pooper Scoopers" in blue that wrap around upwards and around the circle to the right and ending just above the light blue paw on the side of the circle.
