The mark consists of an elf appearing in beige and outlined in black with black freckles whose brown hair is covering his eyes, wearing red loves, a green shirt and short pants with a red strap with a gold buckle in the center of the strap joining the two, green boots with a gold buckle, and a green hat with a white band on the lower part of the hat and a red pom pom at the top, with a black patch on the right side. Black appears in the arm, waist and legs of the clothing representing shading of the interior of the clothing. The elf and the clothing are all outlined in black. The sleigh, elf and reindeer design appears on a beige background in an irregular shape outlining the design to the bottom of the rectangle and continuing around the outer edge of the rectangle. The remainder of the interior of the rectangle is a dark shade of blue. Six small stars appear above and spaced evenly around the design, from left to right the stars are red, two beige, two red and then beige. The words SANTA'S WORKSHOP EXPRESS appears above the design wherein the "S" and "A" in SANTA, the "O" and "H" in WORKSHOP and the X and "S" in EXPRESS are in red; the "A", "T" and apostrophe in SANTA'S, the "W", "R", "S" and "O" in WORKSHOP and both "E"s, the "P" and last "S" in EXPRESS appear in beige; and the "N" and "S" in SANTA'S, the "K" and "P" in WORKSHOP, and the "R" in EXPRESS appear in green. The slogan "BRINGING THE JOYS OF THE HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE ACROSS THE WORLD" appears in beige directly below. The entire design is surrounded by a rectangle with a beige edge rounded corners with three diagonal bands on either side of the rectangle. The bands appear from top to bottom in green, red, green on the left, and red, green, red on the right. Other than where designated in the design elements, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
