The mark consists of the word "HOOSIER" in shadowed white text, outlined in black, appearing above the wording "SIGN GUY" in shadowed white text, outlined in black, which appears above the wording "& GRAPHICS" in green text upon a navy bar. The wording appears within an oval, the background of which is royal blue. Inside the navy oval appears a navy curved line that connects the "s" in sign to the "h" in "hoosier" and the "r" in "hoosier" to the "y" in "guy." Adjacent to the navy curved line and inside that line, a green curved line appears that also connects the "s" in "sign" to the "h" in "hoosier" and the "r" in "hoosier" to the "y" in "guy" and terminates in pointed ends that point toward the "& graphics" text and overlie the navy bar bearing that text. Inside the green curved line in the upper half of the navy oval, a navy background fills the center of the upper half of the oval.
