A stylized over-ear headphone in red and black is placed over the helmet with two plumes in black and red attached to the top of the headphone. There are 8 bands in black starting from both ends of the ear pads of the headphone. There is a semicircle in black connecting the last bands on each side. A line in black is protruding from the middle of the semi-circle. There are three concentric semi-circles and one concentric circle in grey and white behind the helmet. Below the Helmet the words "KNIGHTRIN" in red is written in a stylized manner. A line in red cuts through the letters "K", "N", "I", "G" ,"H" and sloping downwards from "H". A red dot is present between the letters "T" and "R". The stylized wording "entertainment" in red is written below the word "KNIGHTRIN". The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
