Above and below the words "SECTION 37" are the outlines of evergreen trees (with the effect of the trees above the words "SECTION 37" appearing to cause a reflection in water so the trees below the wording appear as though they are the reflection of the trees above). The man's head, the words, and all of the other features of the mark are contained within the circle.
