The mark consists of the image of a shaded dark blue figure in a seated position looking upwards, with one hand on one knee, and the other hand raised with flowing orange lines connecting the raised hand to an orange oval design comprising various shaded, curved orange arcs, with a single white star in each of four of the arcs, and three white stars in the center portion of the oval design. The seated figure has white lines creating the facial features and lines on the hands and feet and waist area, and a white V shape at the neck.
