The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of a makeup color wheel. The wheel is circular in shape and one side of the wheel is divided into twelve pie-shaped sections radiating from the center of the wheel. The placement of the various colors located on the makeup color wheel are considered to be part of the overall mark.
