The mark consists of a white circle outlined in black. There is a black alchemist symbol for Mother earth inside the top of the circle, a black sun symbol inside the right side of the circle, a black Venus symbol inside the bottom of the circle, and a black crescent moon symbol inside the left side of the circle. The stylized black wording "HERE TO OBSERVE: LEARN AND GROW TO SERVE IN LOVE AND PEACE TO LIVE MY TRUTH AND TO FOLLOW THE LIGHT WITHIN" is displayed in a circle with black dots and dashes connecting phrases to each other and black dashes used as over lining for the wording. At the center of the circle is a six pointed star outlined in black overlaying a flower of life, which consists of several circles outlined in blue that form a hexagonal shape with a blue circular outline.
