The mark consists of the letters "MZ" in the center of the logo in a stylized font and in capital letters. "MZ" is surrounded by many small circles that curve in a U shape. "MZ" and the small circles are contained within a large yellow circle. A black figure of a bearded man holding a black and yellow guitar is sitting on top of the yellow circle. To the left of the man on the circle is the word "MIKE" in stylized yellow letters outlines in black. To the right of the man on the circle is the word "ZOHARI" in stylized yellow letters outlines in black. Surrounding the above described portion of the mark is a design consisting of black curved lines, black rounded shapes, yellow curved lines containing yellow leaves, and two design composed of three rounded shapes and a hollow circle, all yellow and outlined in black. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark but merely indicates a transparent color.
