The mark consists of a circle in the colors of orange on the left, blue on the right and bottom, shifting to a light blue in the lower right corner. The shape of a house in white is cut out of the center of the circle with an orange window on the left and blue window on the right of the shape, a thick line in white is cut out above the house as a roof with a center line extending to the top of the circle. Waves in blue and white with three peaks are cut out below the house, an additional set of waves in light blue and white with two peaks is cut out below that. To the left of the house, within the blue of the circle is a series of cut outs in white in the shape of a tornado with rhomboids in white and lifted curved lines in white to show shingles in white on the roof and air. To the right of the house within the orange of the circle is a cut out in white and extension of the orange part of the circle in the shape of fire flames with white highlights. Below the circle is the word "VANGUARD" in blue above the words "INSPECTION SERVICES" in light blue, all on a white background.
