The mark consists of the letters "AMPHARM", the "A" and the "P" being capitalized and the rest of the letters being lower case other than the symbol serving as the "R" in the mark. The "R" is in the shape of the "RX" prescription symbol, the top of the "R" portion of the symbol being flush with the tops of the "A" preceding it and the "M" following it. The first leg of the "R" in the symbol extends directly downward to below the level of the bottom of the other letters of the mark. The second, sloping leg of the "R" extends downward left to right, further than the first leg, with the portion of the second leg that extends below the other letters being crossed mid-way by a line that is the same length as the extending portion of the second leg and sloping upward from left to right, such that it forms the "X" in the "RX" prescription symbol.
