The mark consists of the word "NAMI" in larger text written over the word "THERAPEUTICS" in smaller text, the aforementioned literal element written in black text, wherein the typical dot over the "I" in "NAMI" is instead replaced by an object, said object comprising a sphere, the sphere colored in pale light gray to varying shades of light to dark gray, wherein said sphere is in part superimposed by a second object, said second object comprising a figure reminiscent of an upside-down letter V, wherein the two arms of the V are pointed and curve downwards and then upwards and to the right over the left and lower aspects of the aforementioned sphere, and wherein the intersection of the two arms of the V-like object is positioned just above the top center of the sphere, and wherein the entirety of the curving, pointed, upside down V-shaped object is colored in various shades of blue.
