The mark consists of a highly stylized letter "H" above the stylized wording "HIERARCHY" and the wording "BY MOORECO" which is depicted in smaller font under the word "HIERARCHY." The stylized design resembling the letter H is comprised of two shaded vertical rectangles which form the outer portions of the H design. The horizontal line between the two vertical rectangles is comprised of four circular shapes. Two smaller shaded circles are depicted on the left and right of two larger shaded circles which appear to be joined in the middle to form the horizontal portion of the letter H. The smaller left and right circles are depicted away from the joined middle circles, past the outer border of the vertical shaded rectangles. The white background surrounding the stylized H design is not a feature of the mark. Under the stylized H design is the word "HIERARCHY" in large upper case font. Centered below the word "HIERARCHY" are the words "by MooreCo" depicted in smaller font.
