The mark consists of a circle with multiple concentric rings of varying sizes with the outer ring in gray, followed by a black ring, then a white ring, then a black ring, then a white ring. The center of the circle contains a black background with a white bag that extends from the center of the circle to reach beyond the edge of the outer ring of the circle. The bag has a red tie with the letters "B A G" in white with dots between each letter. The bag also has the stylized letters "BTB" on the front wherein the "B"s are in black and the "T" is in red. Within the outermost white ring around the circle there appears the red wording "BEYOND THE BAG" with two small black lines that are obscured by the bag at the top of the ring, and a black curved box at the bottom of the ring containing the white wording "ENTERPRISE". Below the outermost ring appears a red curved line with the black wording "BEING ABOUT GREATNESS" appearing twice curving around the entire design. The white areas surrounding the outside of the gray ring surrounding the design represent transparent areas.
