The mark consists of two dark-brown railroad ties crossed perpendicular to one another to form an X; over the railroad ties are the stylized words "TERMINUS LEGION" within a stylized polygon. The word "TERMINUS" is in black stylized letters on the top half of the polygon with a solid black line underneath. Half of the background behind "TERMINUS" is white, the other half is light-brown. The literal element "LEGION" is on the bottom half of the polygon on a black background. The first three letters of the word "LEGION" are in white stylized letters, and the last three letters of the word "LEGION" are in light-brown stylized letters; the entire image has two outlines, the innermost outline is black and the outermost border is light-brown.
