Mark description

The mark consists of an image of a pet's paw being a substantial portion of a circle supported by a tan line. Inside the circle is a silhouette of a dog, and a silhouette of a cat in front of two hearts, and four ovals. The circle is shown in a tan color, outlined in a white color, followed by an outline in a brown color. The dog and cat are shown holding their paws against each other together suspended upward. The dog and cat are each shown in the color brown outlined in a white color. The two hearts consist of a smaller heart in front of a larger heart. Inside the smaller heart is an image of the sun shown in an ombre' of yellow to orange followed by a tan to green gradient. The smaller heart is outlined in the color white. The larger heart is shown in the color brown outlined in the white color. The four ovals include two identical larger ovals and two identical smaller ovals with the two larger ovals in the middle and the two smaller ovals placed on either side of the two larger ovals. All four of the ovals are shown in the brown color with a white outline. The Stylized text "MEDI PETPAL" is printed in the brown color and displayed under the tan line that is supporting the image of the paw. All other instances of the color white represent background or transparent area only and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
