The mark consists of an elliptic design with a shield in the center, the shield has a fanciful design representing a plant pot with 6 elongated leaves at the center of the top and bottom, around the shield appears twenty ornamental leaf designs each comprised of three leaves, the leaf designs appear in four equal groups with two groups coming down from left and right of the fanciful design at the top of the shield and two groups coming up from left and right from the fanciful design at the bottom of the shield, the interior of the shield features a representation of Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first governor of Greece with a diagonal line featuring three six pointed transparent stars running from middle left to lower right of the shield and three horizontal lines across the bottom of the shield, below the elliptic design with shield appear the words "THE GOVERNOR" in curved letters with the word "PREMIUM" in capital letters centered below "THE GOVERNOR" and centered above "EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL" which appears in lower case letters.
