The mark consists of a three-dimensional design of product packaging of a clear bottle with a long neck and an oval shaped body in which a corset design with vine and leaf elements is embossed on the bottle and appears from the base of the bottle neck to the bottom of the bottle. A gold rectangle appears in the center front of the bottle, wherein a gold filigree pattern surrounds a smaller solid gold rectangle with a smaller circular top centered on top of the rectangle, appearing the in the front near the bottom of the bottle. A clear raised band appears on the neck of the bottle just below the mouth with the word "COMTESSE" in clear letters engraved on it. The neck and the mouth of the bottle on either side of the band, the base of the bottle, and the concave portion of the base appearing in the interior of the bottle show placement of the mark and are not claimed as part of the mark. The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark. Shading appearing on the corset design is used to show the design detail and does not represent color.
