Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a brown beer bottle a neck label on a bottle with a white top portion and blue bottom portion separated by a red line, and framed by silver lines on top and bottom of the neck label, and a thin blue line under the upper silver line, the white portion containing the words "MICHELOB ULTRA" in blue with a stylized "M" in silver design in the background and the blue portion containing the words "SUPERIOR LIGHT BEER" in white; and an oval shaped label on the body of the bottle, the oval shaped label with a white bottom portion and a blue upper portion, an outer silver edge surrounding the label with a thin white line within the silver edge and a red line within the white line, and a red line and separating between the white and blue portions. The upper portion of the body label in blue contains the words "SUPERIOR LIGHT BEER" in white. The bottom portion in white contains the words "MICHELOB ULTRA" in blue with a stylized "M" design in silver in the background. Below the words is a two toned red ribbon design.
