The mark consists of lower-case letters forming the word "claim" on the left of the mark and the word "pointe" on the right of the mark, with both words in black and arranged in a straight line. Between the words is a stylized, oval-shaped figure consisting of three concentric circles, with the top and bottom of the figure extending above and below the line formed by the words. The innermost circle of the figure is formed by a thin, continuous line in light grey. The outermost circle is formed by a continuous line consisting of a wide, medium-gold strip on the left side and partially below the line formed by the words; a medium-gold strip on the right side and partially above the line formed by the words; a thin grey line on the left side and partially above the line formed by the words that connects the two-broader, medium gold strips; and a thin grey line on the right side and below the line formed by the words that connects the two broader, medium-gold strips.
