The mark consists of the design of a shield displays a stylized letter "S" in the color white against a background of blue centered within the top half of the shield and below the letter are four horizontally linear stripes, alternating in the colors of red and white, the stripes are of even width, and of differing lengths fitted within the bottom half of the shield, with the length of each stripe fitting the increasingly widening width of the shield from the shield's bottom-most point upward to the approximate midpoint of the height of the shield; and a thin white line traces the entire boundary of the shield, and all the foregoing is surrounded by a framing in the color gray having a width slightly more than half the width of the stripes.
