"EXEMPLIFYING" and "THROUGH SUSTAINABLE SERVICE" appear in capitalized white letters, outlined in pink. "EXCELLENCE" is positioned in between "EXEMPLIFYING" and "THROUGH SUSTAINABLE SERVICE", and appears in pink cursive font. The above elements are mostly contained within a pink hexagonal border, the exception being the top of the green ivy leaf which extends over the pink border. The bottom of the pink border contains the letters "AKA" in white, which extend from the bottom of the pink border and overlap the bottom of the green ivy leaf. Except for where the green ivy leaf goes over the pink border, and where the "AKA" appears, white pearls are spaced evenly on top of the pink border. The background space between the pink border and the above elements is white.
