The mark consists of the wording "Duke & Dame" written in its own unique stylized serif lettering, with: (i) each letter and the ampersand characterized by a stylized drop shadow comprising evenly spaced horizontal lines, (ii) the words "Duke &" appearing above the word "Dame", with the left edge of the letter "u" vertically aligned with the straight edge of the letter "D" in the word "Dame", (iii) the curved edge of each letter "D" and the left edge of the letter "u" characterized by decorative curlicue designs, (iv) the straight edge of each letter "D" resembling a seriffed form of the number 1, (v) the curved edge of the letter "D" in the word "Duke" extended to pass through the letters "D", "a" and "m" in the word "Dame" and extended further to connect with the top right diagonal leg of the letter "k" in the word "Duke", and (vi) in the word "Duke", the bottom right diagonal leg of the letter "k" extended below the letter "e" such that the right edge of the bottom right diagonal leg of the letter "k" is vertically aligned with the right edge of the letter "e".
