On the bottom right of the emblem is a cartoon elderly man wearing blue overalls and a blue shirt, holding his white beard with his right hand, and an elderly woman next to him on the bottom left side of the emblem wearing a pearl-drop earring, a wide-brimmed hat with a pink band with three red roses and a yellow daisy above the brim, a red button-down shirt with a green brooch on the collar, and a pink apron, holding a purple jar with a yellow lid in her right hand, both caricatures with blue and white eyes with black pupils, wearing gold and white glasses, with pink skin and white hair and outlined in black coloring.
