The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress for the interior design and layout of a hair and beauty salon. The interior features a centrally-located counter with white sides, a light gray stone surface, and a silver foot bar running along the bottom, which is open in the middle and back, resembling a restaurant-style bar. The sides of the bar contain a design of evenly-spaced horizontal boards in white. The word "drybar" appears in white in the middle of the front side of the bar. The walls on the left and right sides of the bar are white and on them hang evenly spaced mirrors between wall sconces. The wall to the left side of the bar features built-in shelving in white. The wall behind the bar is dark gray and contains an open doorway with white trim along the baseboards and the doorway. To the left of the doorway hangs a dark gray chalkboard with a white frame. On the counter are decorative elements in yellow and white consisting of flower arrangements and vases. In the center of the bar is a tall product display unit in white, resembling a back liquor bar-style shelf, with recessed lights above each column of glass shelves that are hung in front of a mirrored back panel. A flat screen television is mounted in between the columns of glass shelves on the product display unit. A row of white upholstered salon chairs atop silver metal bases runs alongside the salon bar counter. Hanging from the white ceiling above the length of the salon bar is a row of large white fabric-shaded cylindrical pendant light fixtures. The entry of the salon features a light fixture comprised of five yellow hairdryers hanging upside down from their cords from a white mounting plate affixed to the white ceiling. Brown wood flooring is throughout the interior. All wood trim, baseboards, crown molding, and wainscoting throughout the interior are white.
