The mark consists of a stacked sign consisting of a top section in an elongated diamond shape, featuring a bull in black color in charging position with two lines coming out of his back with stars on the ends in red color, both on a yellow background; a second section below the top consisting of a tapered rectangle with a black background with the words "EL-TORO" in a stylized font in red with yellow outlining in the center, "EST 1960" in a regular yellow font on the top right corner, with yellow lines framing the top and bottom of the rectangle; and a third section below, consisting of a tapered rectangle with 2/3 in a green background with the word "MEXICAN" in yellow, separated by a white line from the word "RESTAURANT" in white letters on a red background; all held together with two black posts visible between the sections tapering into a flat platform at the bottom.
