The mark consists of the three words "AMERICAN HEALTH CARE", in all capital letters. The word "AMERICAN" is colored blue and is approximately twice the size of the words "HEALTH CARE", and it appears above them. The first "A" in "AMERICAN" is oversized and the middle line in the letter "A" is curved beginning on the bottom left point of the "A" and extending up and over the "M" and curving in a downward arc from the top middle of the "E" in the word "AMERICAN", and falling in a downward right slope through the letters "R", and "I", ending in the letter "C" in the word "AMERICAN". The words "HEALTH CARE" have orange colored letters, and begin with the first letter "H" below the "E" in "AMERICAN" and the second "H" ending below the "C" in "AMERICAN"; and the "C" in "CARE" placed beneath the second "A" in "AMERICAN". Orange dots in four different sizes appear over the letters "E" through "N" in the word "AMERICAN" in an up and down pattern that repeats in three low curves.
