Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized baseball batter or player in a batting stance holding a baseball bat, the bat depicted as an inverted cone, and the batter depicted with a stylized oval head, two stylized arms holding the bat depicted as overlapping "v" shapes, the top "v" shape overlapping a bottom "v" depicted as an inverted triangle further divided by a diagonal line, and with the tip of the cone, representing the handle and knob of the baseball bat overlapping a portion of the bottom "v", and stylized legs shown with a straight leg depicted as a single elongated trapezoid, and a bent leg depicted as a combination of two trapezoids, the stylized legs positioned below and in spaced apart relationship with the stylized arms, a stylized uppercase letter "s" shown sweeping across the body of the batter in the space directly beneath the stylized arms and above the stylized legs, with "wing-Shot" in stylized lettering positioned adjacent the stylized uppercase "s" and extending diagonally away from the batter's body.
