The mark consists of a blue seal with gold vector lines and a black border, upon which is imposed a gold open compass opening down and a gold L square opening up, each of which is outlined in black. The hinge of the compass is made up of three concentric circles; the inner two circles are gold and the outer circle is white. The innermost circle has an irregular black border, inside of which is a black star with a gold circle in the center. The inner edges of the compass legs are bordered in white, and the left leg, starting from the top, is gold that fades to white and returns to gold. The L square contains black lining giving the appearance that it is divided into bricks. The compass and L square resemble the letter V and intersect, creating a pseudo-diamond shape. The gold lettering "QCC", which is outlined in black, is centered inside the pseudo-diamond shape and the gold lettering "INCORPORATED" is centered below the vector seal.
