The mark consists of a stylized blue ox head with white eyes and nostrils. Each eye is outlined in a dark blue that varies in shade along the outline. The iris of each eye is made of two intersecting, light blue curved arches. The ox is dark blue at the top and fades to a light blue at the bottom. The ox is outlined in a blue at the top that fades to a red at the bottom. Behind, above, and below the ox is a stylized grey Greek Omega letter or Ohm symbol. At the top, the bars are outlined in light orange that fades to orange, and on the bottom, the bars are outlined in red.
