The mark consists of four letters "CCNC" superimposed over an image of the state of North Carolina. The letters are in the shape of an inverted triangle. Two "C's" are at the top of the triangle, side by side. The "N" is centered horizontally between the two "C's". The top of the "N" begins in the vertical center of the "C's". The final "C" is directly below the "N" and the top of the "C" is in the vertical center of the "N". Directly below this image of the state with letters is text placed on two lines.
