The mark consists of the wording "USA PAN" featuring the "USA" in red and the "PAN" in blue and of nine unconnected horizontally elongated ovals stacked vertically that form a circular outline. The ovals increase incrementally in size from the first (top) oval to the fifth (middle) oval, and decrease incrementally in size from the fifth (middle) oval to the ninth (bottom) oval. The color blue appears in the left half of each oval and the color red appears in the right half of each oval, forming a vertical centerline in the circle. The color white appears as a five-pointed star overlaying the center of the circle. The top point of the star touches the middle of the third oval at the vertical centerline, its middle two points touch the bottom of the fourth oval, and its bottom two points touch the bottom of the sixth oval, each point equidistant from the vertical centerline. To the left of the circle, next to the second through seventh ovals, is the wording "USA" appearing in the color red. To the right of the circle, next to the second through seventh ovals, is the wording "PAN" appearing in the color blue.
