The mark consists of the stylized word "PASHOSHIM" with the letter "P" three times as large as the rest of the letters, except letter "I" that is half the size of the rest of the letters. The wording of the mark is outlined in white with gray shadows underneath, except for the letter "I" which has no white outline. The letter "P" is stylized to have a camouflage style design made up of the colors blue, green, orange, pink, yellow, lime green, and red. The letters "ASHOSH" and "M" are all colored red and the letter "I" is colored yellow. The letter "I" is superimposed on the belly of a brown teddy bear with gray heels and paws, and a white snout with a black mouth, nose, and eyes. The bear is wearing light blue overalls and in a sitting position with its arms in the air; the color white in the background of the mark merely represents the background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
