The mark consists of a circular border enclosing the phrase "HOT HARRY'S" that is disposed in a half-circular position and occupies from about 8:00 to about 2:30 (in a measurement analogous to portions of a circular clock) within and near the border; two jalapeno peppers, wherein an outer jalapeno pepper partially overlaps an inner jalapeno pepper and wherein the overlapping jalapenos peppers are aligned almost vertically and are located under an arc formed by the "HOT HARRY'S" phrase; and the phrase "FRESH BURRITOS" having one stack of two parallel lines next to the circular border and between the "H" of the phrase "HOT HARRY'S" the "F" of the "FRESH BURRITOS", having a second stack of two parallel lines next to the circular border and between the "S" at the end of the phrase "HOT HARRY'S" and the "S" of the phrase "FRESH BURRITOS"; wherein the two stacks of parallel lines and the phrases "FRESH BURRITOS" and "HOT HARRY'S" complete a circle next to and within the circular border and enclosing the overlapping jalapeno peppers; wherein the phrase "HOT HARRY'S" appears in a NEXA RUST font in a size that is larger than a font size of the phrase "FRESH BURRITOS", which also appears in the NEXA RUST font; and wherein the circular border and the overlapping jalapeno peppers also appear to have an exterior "rust-like" look similar to the appearance of the NEXA RUST font.
