The mark consists of two concentric circles with gold outlines and blue interiors. Around the top of the outer circle appears the stylized gold wording "BROTHERS-IN-ARMS" and at the bottom of the outer circle appears the stylized gold wording "ARMY". In the inner circle appears a shield design where the outline of the shield appears in gold. The top portion of the shield appears in blue with a gold outline with five white five pointed stars aligned horizontally. In the lower portion of the shield appear red and white alternating vertical stripes separated by a gold outline. In front of the red and white stripes appears the head of a bald eagle. The bald eagle head has a black outline and shading, white feathers, a gold beak with black lining, and eyes that are black, gold, and green. Behind the shield appear crossed swords where the swords have silver blades and red handles with a silver outline. To the left of the shield appears the stylized gold letter "M" and to the right of the shield appears the stylized gold letter "C". The color white outside the circles represents the background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
