The capital letter for the word "OR" is contained in the center between the words "JUSTICE" and "ELSE" and is surrounded by a white rectangular diamond border with two lines extending from that borders left and right separating the words "JUSTICE" and "ELSE". The capital letters for the word "ELSE" contains to its right within the larger white square border and explanation point "!". Below the white square border containing the words "JUSTICE. OR ELSE!" are the words in white against the black background with all capital letters "20th ANNIVERSARY" and the next line reads "THE MILLION MAN MARCH". Below the words "THE MILLION MAN MARCH" are numerals in yellow against the black background "10.10.15" and below those numerals in yellow against the black background are the words in capital letters "WASHINGTON D.C.".
