The mark consists of two concentric circles and a design of an intoxicated chef with black swirled eyes holding a neon pink t-bone steak on a two prong fork with a brown handle and white prongs in his left, beige hand and a tan and brown moonshine jug with a tan cork with the stylized wording "XXX" in all black caps in his right, beige hand, popping out of the middle of the inner circle. The stylized wording "INEBRIATED" in all neon green capital letters is arched along the top portion of the outer concentric circle with a black background, and the stylized wording "CHEF" also in all neon green capital letters appear along the lower portion of the same outer concentric circle, which is outlined with a neon green circle and black circle border. The inner concentric circle is neon green. The chef has brown hair and brown beard, beige skin, and black eyebrows extending above his hairline and into the blank space the white chef hat. The chef's tongue is colored in neon pink and the chef wears a neon pink shirt and white chef's hat with a thick black border. The color black appears inside the chef's mouth and he has a thick black border around him. The chef, jug, and t-bone steak are all outlined with a thin black border.
