The mark consists of an unshaded "B" in which a triangular upper left portion of the letter has been removed. In the place of the removed portion, there is an unshaded scalene triangle that is wider at its top than at its bottom, partially superimposed on a shaded scalene triangle, which is also wider at its top than at its bottom. A bottom apex of the unshaded triangle is congruent with a bottom apex of the shaded triangle. A rightmost apex of the shaded triangle is positioned rightward from a rightmost apex of the unshaded triangle. A top apex of the shaded triangle is positioned above and to the right of a leftmost apex of the unshaded triangle. Both triangles are spaced from the "B". The "B" and the triangles are presented on a darkly shaded disk, the perimeter of which is bordered by two concentric annular bands. The outer annular band is darkly shaded; the inner annular band is unshaded.
