The mark consists of the trade dress of the product packaging consisting of vertical striped lines bordering an upper panel comprising the words "FAMILY OWNED," followed on their right by a centrally located oval design featuring the words "GARDEN KELLOGG ORGANICS" and containing a cartoon figure of a king, followed on the right of the oval design by the words "LOCALLY MADE", and wherein the trade dress of the product packaging further features a lower panel comprising the word "ORGANIC" located above and between vertical striped lines bordering the lower panel and two side panels oriented horizontally and each featuring an oval design of the words "GARDEN KELLOGG ORGANICS" and a cartoon figure of a king superimposed upon a rectangular background. The black dotted lines surrounding the entire package identify the overall shape of the package, the black dotted lines outlining the openings around and below the words and design elements represent the features of the mark that show placement of the mark and are not claimed features of the mark.
