The mark consists of the word "BASEBALL" in uppercase, stylized lettering in the color blue and outlined in the color white, appearing over the term "IQ" in uppercase, stylized lettering in the color red and outlined in the color white; at the bottom of each of the letters comprising the foregoing word and term appears a "shadow" graphic in the color dark gray; the foregoing are superimposed over a large central baseball graphic in the color light gray with vertical bands of stitching in the color red and outlined in the color white; three five-point stars in the color beige and outlined in the color white appear to each of the left and right of the stitching graphics; the bottom of the baseball graphic is superimposed on stylized ribbon graphics in the color beige and outlined in the color white, each of which ends with a small baseball graphic in the color beige, superimposed with stitching graphics in the color red and outlined in the color red; the mark "MLB NETWORK" and the mark Silhouetted Batter Logo appear in the color white over a background graphic in the shape of home plate (the "home plate graphic"); the home plate graphic appears in the color blue under "MLB NETWORK" and in the area to the left of the Silhouetted Batter Logo; the home plate graphic appears in the color red in the area to the right of the Silhouetted Batter Logo; the home plate graphic appears in the color red outlined in the color blue in the area below the Silhouetted Batter Logo; the entire home plate graphic is outlined in an interior stripe in the color white and an exterior stripe in the color red; all of the foregoing appears on a rectangular background in the color beige which has a border comprised of a line in the color red within a stripe in the color blue; the border line in the color red has a gap at each of the small baseball graphics and at the home plate graphic and is hyphenated on either side of the home plate graphic; the border stripe in the color blue has a gap at the home plate graphic and is hyphenated on either side of the home plate graphic in the shape of repeating chevron graphics pointing to the right on the left side of the home plate graphic and pointing to the left on the right side of the home plate graphic.
